This is an amazing home with tremendous Mount Dora charm and only two owners from the same family in its lifetime. This home has been lovingly cared for and is move- in ready. The A/C is 3 years old and the roof was replaced in 2012 with 25 year architectural shingles. For insurance purposes, a uniform mitigation report was completed 12/5/12. All of the ceilings in the main living areas were replaced with knock down drywall and every room was repainted. New blinds and ceiling fans were added and t he gas heater was replaced in 2010. The refrigerator was replaced with a Whirlpool in August of 2011, as was the microwave. All of the floors are terrazzo but have not been refinished as the present owners did not know if the new buyer would want these or to revert to carpet or tile.
