Our cabin is located on Picnic Lake on Loop C, with direct lake access. From our dock, we have caught catfish, large-mouth bass, crappie, and bluegill. There is one bedroom and a loft. Central air conditioning and heat pump heating. Kitchen appliances are all new in 2022 and will remain with the cabin. The appliances are all black stainless steel. There is a small shed with a standard walk door, a deck, a dock and a fire pit. Parking is available next to or in front of the cabin.
