There are four furnished bedrooms and one bedroom has a small washer and dryer hookup for those who have mobility issues going down stairs. There is a full washer and dryer hookup in the basement as well. The home is completely furnished and perfect for guests staying at Mayo Clinic or travel workers. We have a kitchenette in the basement with a fridge and microwave along with a toaster oven. The upstairs kitchen has had new quartz added 9/25. We are roughly 7-10 minutes drive to both clinic sites depending on traffic! This is a furnished monthly rental with possible flexibility based on the needs of the tenant. We will cover all utilities, internet, lawn and snow removal. We expect to have everything you need during your stay in Rochester and strive to provide a relaxing stay at our home!
