The front driveway is gated from the street and there is one uncovered parking space for the unit with additional parking space for guests. UNIT INFORMATION: Lease: 1-year lease term to start. The Landlord will be the property manager; not Uplift Property Management. Utilities: All utilities are included with rent. Parking/Storage: One assigned parking space in front of the unit. An extra parking space is available for a guest to use. HVAC: Forced air heating and a window AC unit is set up in the living room. Laundry: Laundry in the garage for the residents to use.
