Private Lake community, apartment is on top of a 4 car garage, there is a lake view and you have lake access. The deck has lake cove views. Quiet neighborhood. New paint, very clean apartment. This is a private community with wonderful neighbors. This is not a neighborhood that people drive through, you only drive here, if you live here. Large kitchen and eating area. 22 minutes from Seneca Walmart. 25 minutes from hospital in Seneca. 30 minutes from hospital in Anderson. 6 minutes from interstate 85 between exit 2 & 4. No dogs allowed, may allow cats. 2 car limit. The main house is detached but next to garage and apartment 1400$ includes water, power, internet and if renter goes over power or water set amount they pay the difference. (This has never happened yet but renter must be responsible with power and water they use.) Limit is 300$ a month for power if they go over that amount they pay the difference. No smoking on premises. There is parking for 2 cars but there is extra if you let owner know. This is a 1 year lease
