Large kitchen and eating area. 22 minutes from Seneca Walmart. 25 minutes from hospital in Seneca. 30 minutes from hospital in Anderson. 6 minutes from interstate 85 between exit 2 & 4. No dogs allowed, may allow cats. 2 car limit. The main house is detached but next to garage and apartment 1400$ includes water, power, internet and if renter goes over power or water set amount they pay the difference. (This has never happened yet but renter must be responsible with power and water they use.) Limit is 300$ a month for power if they go over that amount they pay the difference. No smoking on premises. There is parking for 2 cars but there is extra if you let owner know. This is a 1 year lease
