The neighborhood is very quiet and very friendly. We have a lot of young families with young children. We have sidewalks making it very nice for the children to ride their bikes and for the mothers to walk their children. Access to the shopping center is just 7 tenths of a mile and access to Center City Phila by the train just 2 miles away.
