If you’re looking for a cheap house to fix up and make it your own/finish it this one’s for you. It was built in the 1800s I was told listed online 1930. I’ve done a lot of work to it but it needs more, it needs one side/corner jacked up and some work needs to be done as in replacing rot I have updated and fixed the septic it has a brand new artesian well eight years ago. It is 505 feet deep and static level is 12 feet I have put all new waterlines sewer lines and a slab on one side of the house. It has new wiring on that side. The kitchen and the bathroom are almost finished the master bedroom has very little left as well. The other side of the house is the side that needs to work as well as siding and new roof. I also have eight new windows and all the plywood to Reply the roof before you put your shingles or standing seam on it. The porch also needs very little to finish it as well.
