The house also has a screened in back porch and an outdoor shed that's big enough to hold a mower, grill, chairs, basic outdoor shed stuff. There is a nice push mower (just purchased in 2024) and a weed whacker available for tenant to use to cut the grass. *IMPORTANT* Tenant will be responsible for cutting the grass and basic outdoor maintenance. Please be able to maintain the yard or be willing to hire someone. The grass can easily be handled with a push mower. The house is in a nice wooded neighborhood on a nearly half acre lot. There's not much to brag about in Greensboro, but it's a relatively quiet town along the Choptank River. There is also a neighborhood access to the river. There are multiple boat ramps and various state and local parks within 20 minutes. If you're commuting, it's in a great central location on the shore to reach the western shore as well as all of Delaware. 22 miles to Easton, MD and Dover, DE 33 miles to the Bay Bridge 46 miles to Annapolis, MD 47 miles to Lewes, DE 54 miles to Salisbury, MD 70 miles to Wilmington, DE 75 miles to Baltimore The local elementary school is 1.5 miles away, and the middle school and high school are both 6-8 miles away (10-12 minutes). As far as pets, I definitely prefer no pets, but may consider a single, well trained dog (likely with an additional deposit). I am very allergic to cats, so they're a definite NO.
