There are perennial fruits and vegetables around the yard that you will be able to harvest without any maintenance because the plants are already established. There are currents, rhubarb, raspberries, mulberries, and many herbs. Natick school systems are great! Chickens optional: We have a chicken coop in the yard with 3 chickens. Everything is set up, the coop, feeder, water, automatic door that opens and closes every morning and night. The chickens are very easy to maintain and we can give you a short intro on how to care for them. Best thing: fresh eggs every day. The water needs to be filled up twice per week, food once per week, and cleaning only twice per year. Our previous renters enjoyed the chickens a lot. But if chickens are not your thing, we will remove the chickens before you move in. The property is available September 1 but an early move in of a few days is possible. October 1 is also fine.
