Fully furnished pine cabin with all amenities included with the exception of a small trash service fee which is included in monthly rent. The cabin is available for mid term rentals only (1 month minimum and 6 month maximum). It's ideally located near Berkeley, Meritus, and Valley Health Medical centers. Located directly off County Route 9, you will be within a 30 minute drive of Martinsburg, and Berkeley Springs while still maintaining that quiet country feel. If you want to have your own cabin retreat to relax in after your 9-5, this is the place for you! Only 9 minutes from the Potomac River, 15 minutes from the C&O Canal and 30 minutes from Cacapon State Park. Renter is responsible for trash service fee. Owners will pay for water and electricity. No smoking in the house. Small gatherings are fine but parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of the cabin and the flooring. No pets allowed. Owner will visit monthly for routine water treatment and central air maintenance, (if needed the property will be inspected at this time).
