You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis, labeled 'Visitor'. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with a security guard. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities. The apartment is conveniently located near USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park, providing easy access to local attractions and activities. Check-out time is 10 AM. To prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, inform us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
