Located on the second floor, this spacious and cozy apartment features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, dining areas, a comfy living area, and a free washer and dryer. The living area is large enough to accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for sharing meals. Off the living room, there is a small patio with outdoor seating for two. Three visitor parking spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. Un-Leashed Pet Fee: $50.00 per occurrence. Pet Waste Pick-up: $50.00 per occurrence. Conveniently located near various attractions, this apartment is 5 minutes from USF, 8 minutes from MOSI, 11 minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa, 10 minutes from Takomah Trail Park, and 13 minutes from Lettuce Lake Park. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred for staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
