-Private Room: You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom (1x1 not shared with anyone else) -One of the rooms is set up as an office/study room, so you won't need to study in your bedroom if you prefer. -The apartment has been recently updated with new floors, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. -Room comes unfurnished, so you'll need to bring your own bed frame, etc. -Just a 4-5min drive from UF with easy access to bus routes 38 & 9. -Amenities: access to the complex's pool, jacuzzi, gym, playroom, and more -keep the common areas clean (kitchen, leaving room, laundry etc.) If you use the kitchen, try to clean up after. If you don't feel like washing the dishes, just place them in the dishwasher. -Feel free to invite friends over, but no house parties, please. Friends can stay for up to 2-3 days. If your family visits, they're welcome to stay longer; just give me a heads-up whenever someone will be staying. -We have friendly pets. To keep things orderly, a baby gate will be installed to keep them away from your side. -Smoking is only allowed outside. Please I would like to keep the indoor air clean. - looking for a 1y of more lease *clearly any damage to your room, bathroom, or shared spaces will be deducted from your deposit if it was your responsibility*
