Please provide your email address to access and complete the screening process. 4. Provide vehicle information such as make, model, license plate and color of vehicle to prevent towing. 5. Security Deposit - if you damage the home and/or loose essential items that contribute to the functionality of the home, you may be charged. 6. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. *House Rules: 7. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on this property. 8. Do not have any more guests than stated in your reservation, without prior approval. Having a total number of people greater than the max occupancy is ground for immediate termination of the reservation without refund. 9. A guest is considered an "overnight guest" after 10:00 pm 10. No loud music. Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am 11. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. 12. Throw any unfinished items in the refrigerator in the trash. 4. Collect all of the trash and place it in a large trash bag in the kitchen. 5. Please check to be sure you have all of your personal items. 6. Turn off all lights. 7. Leave all keys on the coffee table in the family room. 8. Lock the door. *Cancellation policy Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
