    I have a renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit that is in a 2 unit duplex with 1 shared wall for rent. The shared wall has been specially insulated with sound deadening insulation and a high density sound deadening sheet rock that makes noise traversing the wall non existent. There is a enclosed front yard with a lawn and an enclosed hardscape backyard; There is an enclosed private garage, not a car port, for you to securely store your belongings or park your car. There is also driveway parking. Unit has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and over the stove microwave with granite countertops. There is also an in-unit hookup for a washer and dryer in the unit. Unfortunately you will need to provide your own washer and dryer, but you can find reasonably priced ones on Craigslist or Marketplace. Windows were just replaced to energy efficient low e dual pane ones, and the oak hardwood floors through out the home were just refinished. Laundry Room, Kitchen, and Bathroom all have tile. Recently upgraded to 100 Amp electrical service. LED lighting and ceiling fans throughout. Quiet Cul-d-Sac location near Eden Hospital and it is walking distance to downtown Castro Valley amenities. Unit is approx 700 SQ FT. Tenant to pay all utilities. Bi-Weekly Yard Maintenance is included. A previous tenant had a dog that destroyed the place and the small security deposit did not cover 1/4 of the damage done .. so we don't want to take on a tenant with any pets as it has never worked out for us. A documented Service Animal is ok. We can not accept anyone with an eviction... we have tried it several times in the past and we have been burned every single time. Section 8 vouchers will be ok. The occupancy of the unit can not exceed 4 people, but the truth is this unit is too small for a family of 4. Can be shown with 1 hour of notice.
