Must have email address and checking account to rent from us. Monthly rent is either paid online or auto-debit from your account. Full Rent + Full Security deposit + pet fees if applicable is due upon upon move in, once applications have been approved. We may can hold a property for up to 2 weeks with paid security deposit. Total recurring monthly income must be 3 times more than the monthly rent. We will only use "household combined income" if you have established rent history together in the past. Must verify good rental history. No evictions or judgements from past landlords or property management companies. Broken leases may be considered on a case by case basis with higher security deposit. No sex offenders, no felons within the past 10 years. No aggressive breeds. No pit bulls, no Rottweilers, no Staffordshire terriers, etc. Our insurance co. does not allow aggressive breeds.
