Looking for a quiet peaceful retreat. Enjoy the early morning coffee while watching the fish jump in the water. The sunroom faces the west so beautiful sunsets can be seen. There is a large room which is currently used as an exercise room so make it whatever is needed (third bedroom). No updates have been done. Some repairs needed to the outside (second set of step and railing around the back porch area, and elevator is gone).
