My lease starts August 15th at the UH Retreat, I'm trying to get out of my lease because I'm leaving town and I need to replace my spot in order to save money. My one room is available for fall and spring, the house is in a great gated community neighborhood for university students, and has tons of amenities (tanning, Billiards, poolside spinclass/yoga room, huge pool, gym, hammocks, grill/picnic area, bocce ball court, volleyball court, basketball court, indoor golf simulator, etc.) , the pet fee for the complex is a one time fee of 300$, monthly rent is 590$ and an additional 20$ furniture fee, cable and internet is included in the rent! The apt style is called Springmore and contains 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and large closet, all new stainless steel appliances, wood floors, granite countertops, top of the line laundry room (in the house), there is a front porch, and a balcony and plenty of parking for residents and guests. (Deposit includes: application fee, administrative fee, and security deposit)Monthly rent is 590$ and an additional 20$ furniture fee, pet fee for the complex is a one time fee of 300$ and no added pet fee to monthly rent
