    Texting is the best way I can be reached. I have been steadily working on updating the house to be market ready. It needs to be updated in many ways. I am going forward with putting it on the market now as I work on the house because of changing circumstances. The price will increase as projects are completed. The area is very quickly developing and is a desirable location. Red brick exterior. One car garage. The washer dryer hook ups are in the garage. It has a brand new roof (less than 2 years old with 10 year warranty). All Oak Harwood floors (could use a refinish). Plaster walls. Master bathroom was removed in order to remove old hallway wood stove brick chimney, expand master bathroom, and install new roof. (not listed, but would be second full bath) My plan is to double the size of the master bathroom by expanding into the 4x4 space in the hallway that was were the wood stove resided. If you wanted to custom your own bathroom the way you want it, here's you opportunity. Current full bath is all original. Has a sunken tub (low in the ground. Most people think it's pretty cool). I am in the process of restoration, painting, replacing a few broken tiles, and updating hardware. Currently painting kitchen and installing cabinet doors. Overall the house is in pretty good shape but does need to be updated. Incoming water lines were replaced with cpvc in 2008. The lines to the master bath are currently capped off, but are present. Sewer line from house to street replaced 2005. I do not know the state of the lines under the house (crawl space) but they are original and will need replacing soon. The HVAC system works but is 18 years old. I have kept it cleaned and maintained. I am currently repairing a few windows, but the new home owner may want new windows.
