I am going forward with putting it on the market now as I work on the house because of changing circumstances. The price will increase as projects are completed. Master bathroom was removed in order to remove old hallway wood stove brick chimney, expand master bathroom, and install new roof. (not listed, but would be second full bath) My plan is to double the size of the master bathroom by expanding into the 4x4 space in the hallway that was were the wood stove resided. I am in the process of restoration, painting, replacing a few broken tiles, and updating hardware. Currently painting kitchen and installing cabinet doors.
