All utilities, including internet, are included in the rent. I plan to rent the second bedroom to another male renter. I have the third bedroom. There is shared access to the other rooms and bathroom in the house. My home is on a half acre lot in Vista, CA. It has a beautiful fenced in backyard and nice front yard with off-street parking. Initial lease for 1 month.
