When you're a member there is unlimited golfing. There are tennis courts there is a lodge and a clubhouse a fitness center the list goes on. The village this home is located in is manor pines. It has it's own pool only for the residents of that village within Timber Pines. There are many restaurants right outside the gates. Speaking of the gates there are 24 hour security guards at all entrances to the community. If someone doesn't belong there they are not getting in. Your membership will be included with your lease of the home for a one time amenity transfer fee out of my name the owner into yours. You might ask why I don't just live there myself. Well if I was 55 already I would but I've got a little ways to go. There will be no HOA fee. That will be paid by landlord. I haven't figured out how to remove it yet, but no worries. That is not an expense for you.
