This terrific investment property includes three single family homes on 3 1/2 acres of treed land. They had major rehabs in the timeframe of 2022-2023 and now have 3 good tenants in them. One unit is a 3 bedroom and the other two units are 2 bedrooms. Roofs were replaced on two of the three. All newer appliances were installed; new HVAC with two units having mini-splits. There are off road parking areas for each house and two of the houses have fenced backyards. One tenant has lived there or had family living there for over 40 years! Another tenant pays me early every month and the other tenant always pays on time. There are only 4 total occupants in these 3 houses (with one having a baby on the way.) Rents are $920, $950, and $1400 (including utilities on that one). I've never had to call police or file in court against any of these tenants. Note: there is only one septic field so I can not divide them out and sell individually without at least 1 more septic field. There was a plan to put 30 new homes on 1 acre lots across the street but I don't know what happened to that plan. You would need to check with the County. I only have pictures of 2683 as it was the last one finished. All 3 have similar finishes. There was a lot of damage from leaking ACs in these houses and large wall areas were replaced. They all have crawlspaces. Two have backyard sheds. All 3 have interiors painted the same color (Swiss coffee) and there is paint left over. I never have trouble renting them as I allow pets.
