Nice 2.4 acres wooded park like setting with springs. Only pay for 1.2 acres. The other 1.2 is ODOT land they can't sell unless to owner of my house but you can do anything on that property but no permanent foundation. Nice comfortable home. Springs.Good place to put a macmansion or use the house that is in great shape and live in a real efficient home
