    Situated just 3/4 mile south of the town of Olney Springs, 3 parcels make up a total of 169+ acres and have great access and the possibility of multiple uses for a buyer. These parcels, as almost all in Crowley County, are zoned ag/res, which is its allowed use. All other requested uses are looked at by the county on a case by case basis. A water line runs along Lane 7, the western boundary of the properties. The owner has purchased 2 water taps/meters that can be placed at any of the 3 parcels based on desired use. The Crowley County Water Association is currently under a moratorium for new taps/meters, so having these are very useful. Also, there are 3 active well permits, one for each parcel. Note, there are currently not any operating or drilled wells on any of the parcels, and none are for irrigation use. Although we have these 3 parcels for sale together, the owner will consider selling them separately if there is a reasonable offer. However, he would not sell the middle parcel first, for obvious reasons. With the versatility of the wells and the movable water taps, a new owner will have options from pastureland to even parceling off to create some smaller parcels.
