Apartment is on second level of building, so patio isn't on ground level. Door has a deadbolt lock and peep hole, and locks will be changed before new tenant moves in. One parking permit included, for parking directly in front of building. Plenty of additional free parking is only 30 feet across the parking lot, so it's not far away. Free swimming pool, playgrounds, and 24 hour fitness facility plus tanning salon in complex. On Barracks Road in front of the complex is the Barracks Road Market & Deli. They have a deli, gourmet items, and make excellent sandwiches. It's about a 4 minute walk to get there. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Nice landlord who treats tenants fairly and honestly, and responds to maintenance requests quickly. We like to treat our tenants well! Previous tenant says "I love my apartment and you're a wonderful landlord. I wish I didn't have to leave." But she got married to a military guy and had to move....
