108 acres in beautiful Wilkes County. A perfect multi-use tract! Timber investment, Hunting Tract, or Farm. With over 70 acres of mixed timber, a water source, and a cabin this would make this prime hunting grounds. The 30 acres of pasture and barn make this accommodating to most farm animals. A timber cruise has been conducted on 3/9/2020 with approx $106k in timber value(available upon request). The home on site was built in 1970 and is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ranch with hardwoods throughout. A new architectural roof was put on 2 years ago. The home has been vacant and will need some work (pics available upon request). With a little work the house will be a great home or hunting cabin.
