Selling my playground because we have a baby on the way! The house will come semi-furnished as is if desired. The house is a 3 bed, 2 bath 1,300 square foot, 4-side brick ranch. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and 2013 from wall to wall. The house is on a permitted septic system, city water, and Georgia Power electricity. It has never been lived in full-time, but was primarily used as a weekend retreat and man cave. There are also deer and turkey. The property adjoins thousands of acres of timberland to north, south, and west, so there is really only one neighbor to the east. No sign in yard and no mailbox.
