This is a letter from the seller.I love this property. My family and I have enjoyed hunting there for years and I have harvested many deer and Turkey and some of my children and my wife have harvested theirs in bloxom as well. I have had so much fun every single year camping with family and the star views from the field are incredible. I would build a home there if I kept it. The beach is close and we have fished and went out on boats and had family fun and it’s easy access and it’s a really great peaceful time it’s a private beach essentially.
