Great summer getaway cabin in a private gated location. Sources say this cabin was the original "cook house" for the Mayflower Mine and brought in in sections in 1928. Has electrical, a septic and water is from a spring and not potable. No foundation so floors are uneven in living room and back bedroom. Put in railroad ties to stabilize. Needs a lot of work, but a great setup for someone who is handy.
