The 4th level has a lovely room with a Queen bed, generous closet and slider to the hot tub. This shares a bath with a room offering two sets of comfy twin built-in bunk beds. Walk directly through to the rear deck, barbecue and hot tub from this level, or access the hot tub and rear deck from the front of the home. The ground level allows you to step directly onto a beautiful sandstone patio and into the dunes. Here you will find a full bath, sofa that is set up as a King bed or converts to two twin beds with real mattresses, small gathering area with small project table and laundry room. The ocean expands along the horizon and is easily viewed from inside the master, or upper great room, or from generous decking.
