    Almost 7 Acres of Commercial Land in an up and coming area of Rotonda West. The Rotonda West area is in the Englewood market area and the neighborhood is typified mostly by single family residences, with some multi-family development along main roads in Rotonda. LA Ainger Middle School and Vinelands Elementary School are just to the east of the subject, and the main thoroughfare of S. McCall Road (SR 776) is to the north of the subject via Cougar Way which becomes Spinnaker Boulevard. The subject is a small acreage vacant site zoned for commercial uses. The most feasible and productive use of the site would be for a use to support the large residential surrounding neighborhood such as an outdoor or other storage facility, church, pre-school, daycare, private school, government use, or other use that is not specifically allowable in the residential zoning districts, but allowable in the commercial district and suitable for a neighborhood location. Alternative uses might include rezoning to allow for multi-family development. This might physically work for the site, but would require a zoning and land use change or approval as a planned development.
