Very quiet!!! The lady next door is amazing and she has about 50 years living there and it hasn't changed much. No fences around the houses, shows you how kid and dog friendly the neighborhood is. I'm the 3rd owner of this house. The next street is a dead-end street and is great for walking kids, dogs and riding your bike. The house also has a basketball hoop that will come with the house.
