It's very private, and there is room to plant a garden. Turkeys, bobcats, "trash pandas," deer, ducks and the occasional bear ramble around at dawn and dusk. Frogs sing charmingly at night. The apartment has blackout curtains, and the neighborhood is extremely quiet.. Owner pays for water, trash collection, and keeping the driveway and parking area clear.
