    What's special

    Spacious, super clean, beautiful home at Sandy, with large flat backyard, two car garage. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, private, no house behind the backyard, convenient place close to everything, blocks away from elementary school, shopping mall, Cosco, highway, medical center. Just replace roof, dishwasher in December 2022, new water heater as well. If you are interested in touring the house, please fill an application and go through the screening process, you will need to pay for the screen on the website, but the fee can be deducted from your first month rent if you rent the house. We are looking for long time tenants who would take care of our house as if it were theirs, and also we would like to have a good landlord-tenant relationship. That being said, we make efforts to screen the tenants, in a way, to save both our time. Therefore, we require all prospect tenants to go through the application and screening process before showing the house.
