1993 Guerdon Columbia model 4604. 3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 1600 sq ft. We purchased it along with the 8 acres it sits on in 2007, did some remodeling including new plumbing, new kitchen floors, new bathroom, and new carpet and paint. We have saved enough $$ that we are finally ready to build a new home, but need to remove this home first. Structure is in good shape but we would recommend a re-shingling upon relocation and install. Our goal is to find somebody who will hire professionals to de-install and have the house off our land by the end of June so new construction can start in July. Will include dishwasher, stove, and window AC units (it has an electric central furnace).
