An elegant formal dining area seats eight, and another dining table awaits on the incredible patio. The California king-size master bedroom offers its own TV and access to the courtyard patio. The extravagant en-suite bath is equipped with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and big granite vanity with two sinks. The second bedroom is just as serene with a queen-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and private toilet. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and is complete with its own full bathroom. Guests who like a little more privacy will adore the fourth bedroom, located in a separate casita. This retreat is detailed with a California king-size bed, kitchenette, and a quaint seating area, plus an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and a large bathtub with double vanity. We are on an oversized lot with a large driveway area for private parking of up to two vehicles in addition to our two private garages. Amazing views from every area of the property and each of our rooms has its own unique appeal with two having access to outside courtyard patio areas. In terms of sporting options in addition to our pool and spa, we have many great outdoor activities located nearby (golf, tennis, hiking, etc.). IDEAL One Month Rental Property! The house is Fully Furnished with High Speed Internet and a Full Kitchen. You will only need your personal affects, food and drinks. Rental period is 1 (one) month at a time with possible 1 (one) month extensions available at the owners discretion (NOT all months are available for Rental Activity as the Owner also enjoys using the house from time to time). Renter will pay for natural gas utility bill which will vary depending on the utility of the pool heater and use of spa (jacuzzi) which could be up to $100 per day if the pool and spa remain fully heated during the colder months (October through May). Renter will pay for minimum of 1 (one) professional house cleaning; however, owner preference is 1 (one) professional house cleaning per month paid for by the renter.
