OPEN HOUSE CANCELLED!! Its a bit of a fixer upper, it will eventually need a roof, not currently leaking as of now, some new flooring or carpet (eventually) and bathroom may need to be redone depends on what you're comfortable with. Its 5 mins from walmart as the interstate is minutes down the road, its close to the schools, two gas stations and a dollar general. Its been a home for us the last two years, but circumstances have us needing something that doesnt need work, as we dont have time at all. I welcome anyone to come check it out! We are currently in transition of moving out of the home and cleaning it as we go! Price has changed due to high demand for single family homes. The PVA assessed the house at the asking price, but with two liens on the home around at least 30,000 will come out of any closing cost, and we need to be able to walk away with something reasonable in order to get our next home!
