The large back yard includes raised beds and a large chicken coop. The house runs on well water while the yard is watered with a creek pump. This is a furnished property. We prefer a one year lease. The tenant is responsible for paying propane for gas appliances (stove and tankless water heater) kerosene for winter heating, electricity and trash collection. The home is cooled by swamp cooler which we will walk you through if you're unfamiliar . We will consider a family dog, chickens and outside (garage) cats with an additional pet deposit.
