There are two bedrooms on the first floor, two bathrooms, renovated kitchen, living room, dining room, and sunroom on the first floor and the second floor is a finished open loft with a deck overlooking the lake. We have two full-size beds and two futon couches upstairs. Oil heat, public sewer and shared well with neighbor.
