This house is not suitable for children under age 10 and young children will not be permitted. There is a spiral staircase to access the master loft from inside the house which is not suitable for children under 10 due to safety reasons. This house includes 2 sets of stairs and is not handicap accessible. Pets are not preferred but *may* be considered on a case by case basis (please contact owner for consideration of pets). Absolutely no smoking, vaping, cigars, E-cigs, marijuana, or drugs of any kind. Owners retain the rights to access the house basement at any time for ongoing outdoor maintenance projects.
