If a stay close to one year is requested, longer occupancy may be arranged through multiple consecutive leases (for example, 9 months + 3 months or 6 months + 6 months), subject to mutual agreement and availability at the end of each term. This does not constitute a guarantee of renewal or extension. Rent, Utilities & Internet All utilities are included in the rent, including electricity, heating, water, and high-speed internet. Fees & Payments No brokerage fee. Occupancy Policy A maximum of three (3) occupants is permitted. Only individuals listed on the lease may reside in the apartment. Unauthorized occupants are not permitted. Maintenance & Use Tenants are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition and for promptly reporting any maintenance issues. Renters Insurance Renters insurance is required for the full duration of the lease.
