The home is a rustic style barn with exposed beams, cathedral ceilings and a wood stove in the living room. We are nestled on 7+ private acres minutes from Jiminy Peak Ski Area. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped as are the bathrooms and master bedroom. It is the perfect place for a couple or group to rent for the entire ski season. The Beaver Pond in front is great in the winter for walks, snowshoeing, cross country and skating. The living area has beautiful views of Brodie Mountain. We are 20+ minutes from Pittsfield, Williams College and Williamstown, Mass MOCA, the Clark and other venues to enjoy the arts. The house is available from November 25, 2025 until March 31, 2026. The rental is minimum three months. Utilities, heat, plowing and internet are all included. Occupancy limit: 8 No smoking/vaping is allowed in the house. Tenant is responsible for cleaning and reasonable maintenance of the house, furniture and household items during the lease. An inventory of the furniture, appliances, decorations and any other personal property, and condition, will be attached to the lease agreement. We respect the tenant's privacy and kindly request the tenant to water the plants in the house once a week, otherwise we can arrange for someone to come in. There will be a "no party" clause in the rental agreement.
