The Beaver Pond in front of the house is great in the winter for walks, snowshoeing, cross country and skating. If you enjoy the food and the arts, we are 20+ minutes from Pittsfield, Williams College, Williamstown, Mass MOCA, the Clark and other noted venues. We will provide you a list of great restaurants in the area that will suit most any palate. If you are close to the New York City area you can be here in 2 1/2 to 3 hours driving up the Taconic Parkway. If you are coming from the Boston area the travel time is about the same on the Mass Pike. Albany, New York and the international airport is 45 minutes away. An inventory of the furniture, appliances, decorations and any other personal property, and condition, will be attached to the lease agreement. There will be a "no party" clause in the rental agreement.
