Common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, deck) may be at times shared with either a renter of our downstairs guestroom or with home owner(s). This is a single family home, so there is no separate entry to the top floor. The top floor is approximately 1500 square feet, whereas the whole house is over 4000 square feet. Owner pays for trash, yard maintenance, and Internet. Renter responsible for heating, electric, water/sewer and snow removal.
