The house is surrounded by very large trees (cottonwoods & pines), so it has a very private feel to it. The basement apartment, which is occupied by the caretaker of the property, has a separate entrance. The caretaker handles the lawn maintenance, as well as most issues which might come up. He's resided there for over 20 years. As well, I (the owner) live about a mile away. There is an attached two car garage, of which half will be available (the house entry side). Also, that half of the driveway is long enough to park two full size vehicles. Fresh paint and new carpet will take place in the next two weeks, and the property will be available mid March. Water is included, but electric, gas, and garbage are the responsibility of the tenants. Rent is $3600/month, and I'm only interested in long term tenants, and of course references will be required. Unfortunately - because of the new carpet - pets will not be permitted (though I will consider one cat, and a caged bird would be okay) Regarding the property photos, please note the following: 1) the interior paint color will change to white (not that yellow color), and 2) except for the winter outside photo, the trees are much bigger and more mature. Also, Zillow made a mistake on the address. It's 2800 Shepherd "Ridge" (not Shepherd "Rd") . . . NO SMOKERS PLEASE.
