The ceiling is tall, with a height of 8' 9" - well above the typical 7' basement dwelling ceiling. New carpet and new fridge, and it will be unfurnished. Maximum occupancy: 2 people, no smokers, and unfortunately no dogs. It will be available beginning November 1st, with a 12-month lease, and my goal is for the new tenant to renew yearly beyond the first year. The price includes the water, and use of 1/2 of the 2-car garage (and half of the 4-car driveway). There is a couple with a small child living long term in the main floor/upstairs portion of this house. Big yard, right across the street from O'Neil Spur Park, and just down the short street from the dirt road leading down to June Creek and beyond. NO SMOKERS PLEASE. Water is included, but electric, gas, and garbage are the responsibility of the tenants. I'm only interested in long term tenants, and of course references will be required. Unfortunately, dogs will not be permitted. I will require proof of income, background check authorization, and past rental references including the names and phone numbers of your last two landlords.
