This retreat is tucked away in the mountains, but modern conveniences such as Amazon and Walmart grocery delivery is readily available. The local grocery store, Ingles, also offers grocery and pharmacy pick up. *This is a fully furnished two bedroom, two bathrooms home available for short term and flexible rental options up to 90 days (three months). The noted rate is for one month (30 day minimum) and rate can be affected by seasonal pricing. Tailored rental terms are available upon request and pricing will be determined by length of stay and or number of visitors. *Note: Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis; pets must be friendly around other dogs, cats and the horses and must have current vaccinations. There will be an additional charge for each pet. *NO SMOKING is allowed inside or anywhere on the property! Two Willows Horse Farm, peacefully sitting at approximately 3,700 feet in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. This fabulous two-bedroom home overlooks the horse pasture. Relish your time in the mountains strolling the country roads, relaxing by the cozy fire pit or simply taking in the views from the front and rear porches. NOTE: outdoor fires are subject to Jackson County fire bans, a quick google search will advise you accordingly. This quaint peaceful home includes a generous gathering room with vaulted ceilings, dining table for eight and fully stocked kitchen crockpot, Vitamix, Cuisinart food processor, spices, etc. The master bedroom features a king bed, dresser and two nightstands. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, two nightstands, dresser, twin bunks and a desk, dual monitors and display cords. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. All windows have black-out shades for those lazy afternoon naps or sleeping in a bit. Sitting area and umbrellas on both the front and back decks to enjoy along with a charcoal grill on rear deck. The back deck does have gates at the top of the stairs; however, children or pets should NEVER be left unattended. Enhance your stay by indulging in a luxurious massage just steps away in the private wellness studio. Pilates, yoga, intuitive equine coaching and other customized bodywork therapies including myofascial release can be enjoyed at an additional cost. Two Willows Farm is ideally situated only a few minutes from gorgeous Lake Glenville for beach, boating or fishing. - Local Towns: Highlands, Cashiers, Franklin, Sylva, and Cullowhee are all within a 30-minute drive. - Regional Attractions: Cherokee (home to Harrah's Casino), Maggie Valley, Bryson City and Waynesville are nearby, as are numerous golf courses, restaurants, antique stores and even some nice thrift stores. - Adventure: There are horseback riding stables nearby, boat rentals, boat tours, hiking, waterfalls, river rafting and fly-fishing guided tours along with many other outdoor adventures.
