Rental includes just about everything: internet, water, trash, propane, gardener, pest control, and electric (see more below). Now the caveats, this is an off-grid electrical home running off solar and batteries. It is sized to support 1-2 people living comfortability. I have placed 20kWh of batteries for the rental. Over usage will result in outages (you literally run out of batteries at night) and electric kWh charges by landlord. If you are a Bitcoin miner running rigs 24/7 then this is not for you. If you can be mindful of electricity usage, this can be your perfect little home. Rent is $1550 per month with $3000 deposit. Pet deposit $300. Application fee $29. Serious inquiries only.
