Tenant understands that they will allow the Landlord to plug an extension cord into the home at their expense to be used to power battery charger maintainers. The Tenant shall promptly put all utilities in their name. In the event the Utilities are put into the Tenants name the Tenant shall promptly reimburse the Landlord for such Utilities plus any administration costs within 5 days of receipt. The Tenant may use the back yard for their dogs.
