University Park is an enclosed street with 36 homes on the northern part of the Fairfield University campus. Homes were all built by Munson Builders in the 1997 to 2002 time frame. The area is hard to duplicate in size and quality of homes all built around the same time, in the very heart of Fairfield. Black rock and the post road are about equal driving distance. Also, it is about two miles drive to either of the two main Fairfield beaches. Very close to the Fairfield Train station.
